Karate is a no nonsense sport. Shitting yourself is embarrassing alone, let alone surrounded by hundreds of self described hard-asses and their fans. I crapped myself a few weeks ago and it was like some video game style mission with checkpoints and gold coins to get myself to a bathroom and get cleaned up.
